Slight difference!

I noticed my face looked a little slimmer today in the mirror, even the nose seemed thinner and pointier. Made me grin! :)

Charged!

I did 20 minutes of interval walking/jogging today. Man! I am feeling so fresh! So that's how people feel after a workout?

Lazy!

I am so lazy when it comes to exercising. Or maybe I get bored doing it all alone. Walking with someone is so fun....I keep talking and walking and that too at quite a good speed! Exercising all alone is BORING!

Self-esteem

Sometimes my self-esteem hits rock bottom...only regarding my body and weight. Otherwise I am pretty secure about my looks (been blessed, no credit to me), or mind (I know I am smart!) or dough! Or maybe it wouldn't be fair to people if I am smart, rich AND thin too! :P Maybe God is being fair! :P

P.S. I just re-read the post! Man, I sound so full of myself! But I guess I deserve that after the recent rants!

When?

When will I get to be thin and sexy and pretty and hot? When? When? When will I get not to worry how I might look in a picture? When will I get to be secure enough that no matter how anyone clicks the shot I'll be looking great in it? 

Ashamed!

I feel so ASHAMED today! I have been eating so much for the last few days and haven't been exercising at all! :(

Saw pictures of mine with my friends and I look pathetic/so-not-cool/ugly and fat!!

Tried the new cardio/strength workout

Today I tried the workout posted in the previous post. Started it after a 20 mins walk on treadmill. Didn't get to complete the workout, gave up after 5 seconds into that 1 minute wall-sit.
